Hello world!

well I thought that life was going pretty great when I was a young chap, I had a good relationship, an awesome job and some pretty  awesome hobbies. However due to being a bit of a rebel youth, if I wasn’t working or hunting, I’d be busting out some big body bag tricks on my near new YZ250 dirt bike on my FMX ramp set up  in my house paddock,  I had my cousin watch out for me and I had a jump session, I only managed a few jumps, before I over jumped and smoked myself. I was air-lifted to Rotorua hospital, and then transferred to Waikato hospital, where I spent 7 weeks in a coma.

I was transferred to HBDHB due to having family nearby, from what I’ve been told, I was pretty stuffed, my family were told that I’d never walk again and would spend the rest of my life, wheelchair bound. LOL I wasn’t going to stand for that, so got stuck into my rehabilitation , did so much of my own research into healthy living  and managed to develop an awesome BS radar, I got pretty pissed off with my “dumb” body cause I had put on the chunk due to my lack of movement/disability, I got up to 96kg, size 36 pants, I was within the “normal” BF % for my age/height between 20-25%  {I was 24%} However I wasn’t happy with that, so, wanting to rebuild myself better, I got stuck into extreme cardio and went on a ketogenic diet.

My body was changing heaps I was getting visable veins/muscle definition and I got tested at the gym and weighed in at a very athletic 77kg @ 14.9% BF, size 32 pants, I moved to CHB and started a “dirty bulk” now I’m 84kg @ 21% BF, BUT I’ve rejoined a gym and do a lot of cycling on my tricycle {I’ve got shit balance} plus I’m doing shitloads more walking, it’s quite choice I’ve gone from normal-munch-rebuilding better
